Abstract
Coelichneumon rufofemoratus (Cameron, 1903) of the Darwin wasp subfamily Ichneumoninae, previously known from Indian and Burmese Himalayas, is newly recorded from Yunnan, China, and a complete history of the name with nomenclatural notes is provided. A complete checklist of the species of ,i>Coelichneumon for the Oriental region is also presented.
